What to expect

Even though we have wards and employ doctors and nurses, you will find staying at the hospice is very different to staying in a hospital.

All of our patients stay in single rooms with access to their own bathroom, our visiting hours are open and we welcome children and pets onto our wards.

Once you have settled into your room one of our doctors will visit you to discuss your illness and the ways we could help you. As part of this we will look at your current medication so please make sure you bring all of the medication you are taking with you when you are admitted.

Your friends and family are welcome to visit at any time. Our caring team is here to support them through this difficult time as well as you.
