Thanks, we have received your course booking form.

We will confirm your place when we send an invoice and you can then pay by cheque or BACS.

To pay by BACS, you will need the invoice number, quote ref SJO and your company name, and send your payment to: Santander, sort code: 09-02-22, account No: 10382318

If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make it payable to ‘Severn Hospice’ and write the invoice number on the back, and post to Sue Jones, Education Secretary, Bicton Heath, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY3 8HS.

If you change your mind, you can cancel without charge up to seven days before your course date. Places cancelled within seven days of the course will be charged at the full rate, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
