Shop Volunteer Team
Over 400 local people support Severn Hospice by giving up some of their time to volunteer in one of our shops, in our central warehouse or in the retail office. If you would like to join them all you need to do is complete a contact form and send it to us. We will pass this to the manager of the shop nearest to you, who will get in touch.
Don’t worry if you don’t have much work experience, you may be surprised at the skills and knowledge you do have. Age is not a problem, there will be a role to suit you. You will make lots of new friends, learn new skills and uncover hidden talents you never knew you had.
We need people with skills in all of these areas:
- Customer service
- Till operators
- Stock sorters
- Stock preparation
- Stock pricing
- Training
- Supervisors
- Ebay operatives
- Valuation guides
- Computer operators
- Accounts
- Media
