We provide medical training placements for specialist registrars, junior doctors from general practice and hospitals, and medical students (largely from Keele University, training in Shrewsbury).
We do have opportunities for overseas students and healthcare professionals who would like to gain more experience of palliative care. These opportunities would suit people with some experience who are looking to improve their skills. We cannot offer any form of bursary. If you are interested in applying for a placement at Severn Hospice you will need to find your own funding.
