Please visit the important information page before registering your team.
The cost for registering your team is £200 (£10 per head for the maximum sized team of 20). Each team is asked to commit to raising a total of £1000 in sponsorship (£50 a head for a full team) and to paying this in by 30 August 2010. These amounts have not increased since the event started in 2003 and represent fantastic value for money.
When we receive your completed registration form and deposit we will send you a pack including sponsor forms and detailed instructions for the day.

Alternatively you can download all the information you need from the bottom of this page and post it to us with your £200 deposit at Appeals Department, Severn Hospice, Bicton Heath, Shrewsbury SY3 8HS.

or call 01743 354 450 to ask for a pack to be sent to you in the post.
If you know of a group or business that might be interested in entering please pass this information on to them as this event always fills up quickly and the number of teams that can enter is strictly limited. If you are friends with another team that has entered let us know and we will make sure you have the chance to race against each other.
