Severn Hospice respects your privacy and will not pass on your information to any other charity, company or organisation unless this is specifically required due to the nature of an event you are registering for, for instance to enable tickets to be posted to you by a third party.

I am a UK taxpayer and authorise Severn Hospice to treat all donations I may make from the date of this declaration until I notify you otherwise, as Gift Aid donations. (You must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that we reclaim on your donations in the appropriate tax year - currently 25p for each £1 you give). PLEASE NOTE: We cannot claim Gift Aid on group donations. Tell me more about Gift Aid.
