Midnight Walk early bird special

We are rewarding women who are quick off the mark in signing up for our ever-popular Midnight Walks by offering a special registration fee of £10.
The ladies-only events, which this year take place on May 26 in Telford and June 30 in Shrewsbury, attract hundreds of participants who help to raise thousands of pounds to support the work of the hospice.
Sarah Hawthorne, Severn Hospice fundraising events organiser, said: “Our Midnight Walks are one of the most popular events we organise because we do all we can to give those taking part a fun-filled night. Last year over 1,200 ladies took part making it the largest walk to date and we anticipate this year will be even bigger.
“We’re hoping ladies form across Shropshire and Mid Wales will take advantage of this special offer before April 2 to ensure they don’t miss out on the action. Walkers registering for the event after April 2 will have to pay a £15 registration fee.
“We do ask that ladies, in addition to the registration fee, raise as much sponsorship money as they can to help fund the vital work of the hospice. We appreciate that raising sponsorship money can be difficult but every penny will help us make a difference within the local community.
“Being part of our Midnight Walks is an amazing experience and is something that should not be missed. You can walk as an individual or as part of a team with your friends, family or work colleagues. We do encourage people to wear fancy dress with prizes being awarded to the most creative costumes.”
