Muxton Coffee Morning a great hit

The biannual Muxton Coffee Morning was today held at St John’s Church in Muxton, Telford.
Organised by Chris Knock and Cathy Turner with the support of the Severn Hospice Broseley Support Group and volunteers from St Johns, the Coffee Morning is a popular fixture in the calendar and always draws a crowd.
The event featured a tombola, a doll naming competition, a raffle and a children’s tombola as well as hot and cold drinks and other refreshments.
Two of our youngest supporters, twins Megan and Katy Pennell, both seven years old, were on hand to help and looked after the children’s tombola, which was a great success.
Our thanks go to everybody involved in the event for their hard work, and to all those who attended.
