Email and phone problems

We are delighted to report that the problems we have been experiencing with telephone lines and emails since the start of the year have now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused during the last few weeks and hope that normal service will now be restored. If you have been waiting for a response to an email sent during this period it may be worth checking whether the intended recipient recieved it.
