Night time ride to challenge cyclists

The Bicycle Hub of Jackfield has announced plans for a 100 mile sponsored bike ride with a twist – the riders will set off at 10.30pm and cycle through the night. The event will start on Saturday 31 July with a led ride from Jackfield to the Iron Bridge where a photocall will take place. Riders will then set off through the Shropshire and Wales countryside to Barmouth, arriving in time for breakfast on the beach. Registration for the event costs £30 of which £25 will be donated to Severn Hospice. For a further £10 riders can pre-book return transport on a specially arranged coach. All riders will be encouraged to raise sponsorship for Severn Hospice.
